Hi, no i dont lose fuel in either position the only thing that would cause that would be worn needle and or seat under the fuel bowl ,the needle is accessible by removing pin that holds float in ,might just be dirty in there .you will have to remove bowl to see ,maybe can be done with carb on ill check and let you know .so do u see fuel under bike or is fuel going into cyl.ck to see if oil seems overfull fuel going into cyl will leak down into crankcase also causing exessive oil consumption,you better fix it either way.ok gonna go ck my bowl .later pal Giro
